Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeuroVid Inc. iOS mobile application (the "App"), operated by NeuroVid Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
4.1 Content You Upload
When you upload photos to the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the photos or have obtained all necessary permissions
- You have the right to grant us permission to process these photos for video generation
- The photos do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
- The photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
4.2 Generated Content
You retain ownership of the videos generated by the App. These videos are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving any videos you wish to keep.

5. Credit System and Payments
5.1 Credit-Based System
The App operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits through Apple's In-App Purchase system, and these credits are used to generate videos.
5.2 Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all unused credits will be forfeited.
5.3 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. For refund requests related to Apple In-App Purchases, please contact Apple Support directly.
5.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass the credit system or payment mechanisms
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Use automated tools or bots to access the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create fake or multiple accounts to exploit the system
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and trademarks, is owned by NeuroVid Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission or storage
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NeuroVid Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuroVid Inc. from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Account Termination
By You: Delete your account anytime through App settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party services or use third-party APIs. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
13. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)
As an iOS application distributed through the Apple App Store, the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using the App, you agree to comply with Apple's EULA in addition to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Turkish Arbitration Institute..
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuroVid Inc. regarding the use of the App.
